What makes Azure different from other restaurants in Panchkula?
Azure is a garden bar in the middle of a park, not a room with a view of the street. The setting, the live bands and the open evening sky are what guests remember first — the food is the part that surprises them.
There is one detail no photograph quite captures. Two natural trees on the adjoining property have grown into a wide V shape, and at sunset the sun drops straight down into the notch between them. For a few minutes the whole rooftop turns gold and quiet, usually right as the band is warming up. Guests tell us, almost every evening, that they did not expect to find somewhere this magical tucked inside a public park — and that the food was unexpectedly good on top of it.

Started as a plain mango juice during a tasting. A bartender, mid-trial, added a handful of spices, and to cover the slip passed it off as a “proper mocktail.” We tried it, loved it, and it earned a permanent place on the bar menu.

Yes — Azure hosts genuine live music, not a playlist. We bring in two-piece and three-piece live bands to play across the evening, so the rooftop has a real band in the room rather than a speaker in the corner. The music and the sunset tend to arrive together, which is when the garden is at its best.
