The bar at Azure is built around a marble-topped counter that pours long into the evening under the open sky. We take our drinks seriously, but never solemnly — the point is a glass that fits the mood, whether that is the first cool sip of the afternoon or a signature at golden hour.

Signatures, classics and a happy accident

We pour seven house signatures alongside the classics done properly — an Old Fashioned, a Mojito, a Margarita, a Cosmopolitan. One of our most-loved drinks began by mistake: the Chatpata Mango started as a plain mango juice that a bartender spiced mid-trial. We loved the accident, and it has held its place on the menu ever since.
